Overall Quality Goal

The quality system at Geveko Industri AB with regard to development, manufacturing and marketing of road marking paint, marking spray and anti-corrosion agents conforms to SS-EN ISO 9001:2000.

Geveko Industri AB shall conform to requirements according to the quality system standard SS-EN ISO 9001. Every year we shall reduce the number of complaints compared with the average of the latest three years. Each department shall, on a yearly basis, give priority to at least one area of improvement, based on external and internal demands with respect to customers’ requirements and expectations. Targets for these improvements are to be quantified.

We shall provide products and service of the right quality to both customers and co-workers.

Right quality - What is it ?

We supply the right quality when we fulfil clear advance agreements concerning expectations and requirements with regard to products and service for our customers and co-workers.

Right quality - How do we achieve it ?

Right quality is achieved by teamwork throughout all functions. Right quality is achieved by everyone at each level doing things right from the beginning. A prerequisite for quality assurance from the very beginning is definite requirements on the work that we do. To follow up our working performance and to set targets we must be able to measure the level of quality. Our work and our targets must result in continual improvement.

Right quality - On who does it depend ?

Right quality is a matter for us all. Regard your co-worker as your customer! We must provide our co-workers with the right quality. To do this we must fully understand what is expected of our work. We must each and everyone actively make clear what the requirements are on the result of our work.

Right quality - Why ?

Right quality gives us satisfied customers. Satisfied customers means success. By doing things right from the beginning we don’t have to put things right afterwards. We can be economical with our resources. Quality generates income. Lack of quality generates increased costs. Right quality generates profitability - increased income and lower costs.
